That’s you!

You know when you flick a cigarette? After you’re all done with it, you shoot it from your fingers, and watch the embers light up when it hits the pavement. That’s you!

Even after you’ve been sucked dry and hit the floor, you light right up, and that’s when you are at the brightest. The world still turns because of the people like you. You’re a crystal ball filled with magic, not glitter, in a world full of sweet talking frauds. You see, the best minds come from those who’ve had to relearn how to love when life was turned upside down. The universe keeps on messing with you just when you clear your brain’s search history.

You had a vision to build something new that they’ve never seen before. They gave it a look and called it insanity. They watched you from distance and you simplified your goal. They called you stubborn through it all, they called it delusional. And then something happened. You succeeded like no one else before and when you shared your success, they called it ingenious. See, you provided a blueprint and now they call you “lucky”.

What we usually recognise as a change isn’t a process of altering ourselves, but a process of uncovering ourselves. We all try to create a meaningful life for ourselves. The key is to focus on what we really have and what we can do to it everyday. Even after knowing this, that’s not what we do. We look for meaning in future events which even we are not so sure of happening. We are ultimately creating the path of disappointment. We desperately want to show that our lives are meaningful (even if we are adjusting with it on a regular basis).

It’s not what we have that matters, it’s always about how we relate to it.

Meaning is all about what you put into it, namely yourself!
